HOW IT WORKS

Please complete and submit the Trip Request form as a starting point. It is helpful for me to know about your past trips, what type of experience you are looking to enjoy, and what would make this trip memorable for you. Please include any documentation necessary such as passports for international travel. The more details you share with me about what is important to you, the better I can tailor your itinerary to fit your needs.

Once I receive and review the information about your trip, I will set up a time for us to have a video or phone consultation so I can ask any pertinent questions and learn more about the scope of the trip. I will provide a quote for my fees. Should you like to secure my services, I will send new client onboarding documents by email to be completed before getting started.

In this phase, I begin researching options (if applicable) and designing your itinerary.  Once complete, I will send a proposal for your review. Your edits will be welcomed, with up to two revisions. Once the proposal is approved, you will be provided an option for travel insurance to protect your investment in case of trip cancellation or interruption.  

Once the perfect accommodations, flights, and other trip elements have been selected, I will begin the booking process. I will advise of any deposits due, deadlines, cancellation policies, etc. I will check a few different sources in order to secure the best value for you. Please note that prices and availability are always subject to change prior to booking.

Once your trip is booked you will receive a digital travel itinerary. Before you go I re-confirm your bookings and send an email with all of your confirmations and any last minute travel tips or things to know. 

Bon voyage! Once you have embarked on your journey, I will check in with you to ensure things are going smoothly. Whenever possible, I will put you in touch with a local contact who can assist with itinerary changes, questions or emergencies.
