Strong Travel Services, Inc. is a for profit corporation that works on a Transactional Fee, Professional Planning Fee and supplier paid commission basis.  Our fee schedule is published on our web site and is subject to change at any time.  All fees are nonrefundable. 

a.  Suppliers are independent providers and do not act on behalf of Strong Travel Services, Inc. are not servants, agents or employees of Strong Travel Services, Inc. and are not in a joint venture or an affiliates of Strong Travel Services, Inc. 

b.  As of this date the agency’s transactional fee per adult airline ticket issued is $46.00. (adult is considered above 16 years old)

c.   A $80.00 Transactional Fee will be charged per mileage award ticket or upgrades confirmed on American Airlines.

d.  The agency does not want to know, have access to or maintain any client PIN or passcode access information.

e.  The agency maintains a reasonable amount of cyber security on all files and internet access points

f.  The agency requires all employees and associates to sign confidentiality agreements

g.   The Professional Planning Fee for customized trip planning fee start from $375.00 per adult and will be advised upon engagement of each trip. 

h.  The agency will only work with Airline mileage programs that allow access without the use of a PIN or “out of reach” personal information. 

i.  Airline schedules are pulled from the SABRE system and quoted on the most direct routing offered and available pricing as of the moment quoted. 

j.  Supplier prices (i.e. airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruises and so on) are never guaranteed until purchased with clients approval 

k.  The agency will also quote in the currency of the local country. 

l.  Rate quotes from hotels directly “normally” will not include taxes or service fees.  

m.  The agency will advise you of all passport and visa requirements ONLY IF Strong Travel Services, Inc. is confirming & purchasing your commercial airline flights.  We can only advise for United States citizens.

n.  The agency can suggest Visa Services for utilization but will not be involved in the process of securing client visas. 

o.   The agency requires a completed traveler profile (located on our web site) and copies of valid passports for all travelers.  

p.   The agency recommends Travel insurance be purchased for each and every trip that is purchased within 21 days of the initial payment.  

q.   The agency will provide final documentation for customized trips approximately two weeks prior to your departure. Any changes or modifications once trip documents have been delivered may incur a subsequent Professional Planning Fee.

r.  All airline tickets sales are processed and funds maintained by the airline, Strong Travel works within all airline policies for sales and refunds.
